Experience to help you create an EPIC-Organization

My 30+ years in Organizational Development have given me the opportunity to develop skills in labor relations, compensation, leadership development training design, process improvement assessment and organizational change.

I have worked with hundreds of companies in the United States, Europe and Africa.  I have worked in manufacturing, health-care, telecommunications, retail, education and financial services from small family owned companies to a variety of Fortune 500 corporations.

Today, my work is focused on Servant-led organizations where there is a desire to create humane sustainable high performance. I do not believe in the typical large consultancy practice of generating work and passing that work on to younger less experienced associates to be delivered.   I am able to quickly pull together Ad Hoc teams of experienced associates for larger projects.
